1. What type of products do you sell?
We sell digital vector templates for motorsport design — ready to download and use in software like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.

2. Can I buy without VAT if I’m a company in the EU?
Yes. If you’re purchasing as a registered business within the European Union, enter your VAT number during checkout.
Once validated, your invoice will be issued without VAT (reverse charge).

3. Are the files editable?
Yes. All templates are fully editable vector files (.EPS / .AI).

4. Do you send physical products?
No. All items are digital downloads. You will receive a link to download your files right after payment.

5. How do I receive my files?
After completing your order, a download link appears instantly and is also sent by email.

6. Can I use these templates for commercial work?
Yes. You can use them to produce graphics or kits for your clients, but redistribution or resale of the files is strictly prohibited.

7. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are available for digital downloads once accessed. If the file is damaged or incomplete, we’ll provide a corrected version.

8. What software do I need?
We recommend Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or any program that supports vector editing.

9. Can I request a specific model that’s not listed?
Yes. You can contact us at info@extremetemplates.com and we’ll check if we can create it.

10. Can I share the file with others?
No. The license is personal and non-transferable. Sharing or reselling is not allowed.

11. What if my download link doesn’t work?
Contact info@extremetemplates.com with your order number, and we’ll reactivate your link if necessary.
