Refund Policy

At Extreme Templates, all products are digital downloads. Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been accessed, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Because our templates are digital files, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not possible once the download has started or been completed.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and images carefully before making a purchase. Each item includes detailed information about the model, compatible years, and file format.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable.

• The customer has not received the download link due to a verified system error.

In such cases, we will resend the correct file or reactivate your download link at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Product Selection

Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect file selection, such as choosing the wrong model or year. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same file twice under the same account, contact info@extremetemplates.com. We will verify the duplication and issue a credit or replacement.

5. Support

If you experience any issue with a purchased file, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a short description of the issue.
