1. General Information
This website, operated by Extreme Graphics S.L., offers digital products for instant download. By visiting our site and purchasing any item, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Products and Usage
All products are digital files (templates, vector designs, etc.) intended for personal or professional use by the purchaser. Redistribution, resale, or inclusion of our files in other template packs is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Klarna. All prices include applicable taxes under EU digital VAT regulations.
3.1. Business Customers and VAT
Extreme Templates primarily serves professional users and businesses in the motorsport and graphic design industries.
If your company is registered for VAT within the European Union, you can enter your valid EU VAT number during checkout.
When a valid VAT number is provided and verified (VIES system), the purchase will be invoiced without VAT under the EU reverse charge mechanism (Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive).
If no VAT number is provided, or it is invalid, VAT will be applied according to the buyer’s country.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must verify compatibility of templates before purchase. Extreme Graphics S.L. is not responsible for incorrect file selection or misuse.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, files) belongs to Extreme Graphics S.L. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the Courts of Girona, Spain.
